Application: Immunohistochemistry-ParaffinSample Tested: human skinSpecies: HumanVerified Customer | Posted 09/07/2018I tested on human paraffin embedded tissue and found out that it doesn’t work on human tissue. I used psoriasis lesion tissue and used PH6 and PH9 retrieval buffer but didn’t find any signal. I had a positive control which is a working antibody to make sure the staining system works. The positive control, I used neutrophil elastase(Novus biotechnologies, MAB91671-100) stained on Hidradenitis Suppurativa skin paraffin embedded slides.
