Applications for TRAPPC9 Antibody - BSA Free
Application
Recommended Usage
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence
reported in scientific literature (Zahoor et al (2010))
Immunoprecipitation
1:10-1:500. Use reported in scientific literature (Zahoor et al (2010))
Western Blot
1:100-1:2000. Use reported in scientific literature (Zahoor et al (2010))
Application Notes
Confocal immunofluorescence: Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde in PBS for 10 min and then permeabilized with 0.5 % Triton X-100 for 20 min at room temperature (RT). The cells were blocked with PBS containing 10 % BSA and probed with NIBP pAB for 1 hour at RT. After washing with PBS, cells were incubated with Alexa conjugated goat anti-mouse antibodies. See Zahoor et al for details (2010).
