  • Q: What are the recommended dilutions for Western blot?

    A: I have found that the following conditions have been successfully used with this antibody (generated a good image): Primary dilution: 1:1000, Secondary dilution: 1:2000 of goat anti-rabbit alkaline phosphatase conjugate. This would be a good starting point to try, but we suggest that you optimize the conditions for your particular experiment.
