Immunoprecipitation: U1A Antibody (8I3P5) [NBP3-16247] - Immunoprecipitation of U1A from 300 ug extracts of HeLa cells was performed using 3 ug of U1A Rabbit mAb. Rabbit IgG isotype control was used to precipitate the Control IgG sample. IP samples were eluted with 1X Laemmli Buffer. The Input lane represents 10% of the total input. Western blot analysis of immunoprecipitates was conducted using U1A Rabbit mAb at a dilution of 1:1000.Applications for U1A Antibody (8I3P5)
