Biological Activity

URB 602 is a non-competitive MAGL inhibitor. Exhibits selectivity for MAGL over FAAH, diacylglycerol lipase and COX2. Blocks 2-AG hydrolysis in rat brain slices. Enhances stress-induced analgesia in rats.
