Immunohistochemistry;VDP p115 Antibody[NBP3-30572]Detection of human p115 by immunohistochemistry. Sample: FFPE section of human prostate carcinoma. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-p115 used at a dilution of 1:1,000. Detection: DABImmunoprecipitation:VDP p115 AntibodyNBP3-30573] -
Immunoprecipitation:VDP p115 AntibodyNBP3-30573] -Detection of human p115 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-p115 antibody NBP3-30573 (lot NBP3-30573-1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. p115 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-p115 antibody BL17061. For blotting immunoprecipitated p115, NBP3-30573 was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 1 second.Applications for VDP p115 Antibody - BSA Free
