Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: VEGF-C Antibody (HL2289) - Azide and BSA Free [NBP3-25735] - VEGFC antibody [HL2289] detects VEGFC protein at cytoplasmic vesicles by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: U87-MG cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: VEGFC stained by VEGFC antibody [HL2289] (NBP3-25735) diluted at 1:500. Red: alpha Tubulin, a cytoskeleton marker, stained by alpha Tubulin antibody [GT114] (NBP2-43837) diluted at 1:1000.
