Background: Wnt-6

Wnt6 is a member of the WNT protein family. These proteins have been implicated in oncogenesis and in several developmental processes, including regulation of cell fate and patterning during embryogenesis. Wnt6 is overexpressed in cervical and breast cell carcinomas and is co-expressed with Wnt10a in colorectal cancer cell lines.

  • Q: I used your Wnt6 Antibody (NB110-55627), and I want the peptide that making this antibody to be the control for my experiment or you can tell me the sequence that I can synthesize.Thank you. Do you have the peptide?

    A:

    While the exact recognition sequence is proprietary, I can tell you it is around the 80aa mark. I hope this information is useful for you. I am very sorry but we do not have the peptide available however we do have the lysate (NBL1-17875) which can be used a positive control. We also have the Recombinant protein ( H00007475-P01).
