Q: I used your Wnt6 Antibody (NB110-55627), and I want the peptide that making this antibody to be the control for my experiment or you can tell me the sequence that I can synthesize.Thank you. Do you have the peptide?
A:
While the exact recognition sequence is proprietary, I can tell you it is around the 80aa mark. I hope this information is useful for you. I am very sorry but we do not have the peptide available however we do have the lysate (NBL1-17875) which can be used a positive control. We also have the Recombinant protein ( H00007475-P01).
