Immunocytochemistry: WT1 Antibody (960522) [MAB5729]
Immunocytochemistry: WT1 Antibody (960522) [MAB5729] - WT-1 was detected in immersion fixed K-562 cell line using MAB5729 at 8 ug/ml for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using NL007 (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplam & nuclei.Flow Cytometry: WT1 Antibody (960522) [MAB5729]
Flow Cytometry: WT1 Antibody (960522) [MAB5729] - An intracellular stain was performed on THP-1 cells with WT1 [960522] Antibody MAB5729AF647 (blue) and a matched isotype control (orange). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeabilized with 0.1% saponin. Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 2.5 ug/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature. Both antibodies were conjugated to Alexa Fluor 647.Applications for WT1 Antibody (960522) - Azide and BSA Free
