Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Ymer Antibody [NB100-1542]
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Ymer Antibody [NB100-1542] - IHC analysis of Ymer in paraffin embedded Human Pancreas using NB100-1542 at 5ug/ml. Steamed antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6, AP-staining.Applications for Ymer Antibody
Application
Recommended Usage
Immunohistochemistry
5 - 10 ug/ml
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin
5 - 10 ug/ml
Peptide ELISA
Detection limit 1:32000
Application Notes
WB: Preliminary experiments gave an approx. 18 kDa band in human brain lysates after 1 ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 56.3 kDa band according to NP_848018.1 and 35.8 kDa band according to NP_777568.1. The 18 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. IHC-P: Human pancreas shows strong staining in cytoplasm in select acinar cells.
