Western Blot Shows Human ACSL5 Specificity Using Knockout Cell Line.
Western blot shows lysates of HCT 116 and ACSL5 knockout HCT 116 cell line (KO). Nitrocellulose membrane was probed with ACSL5 Antibody (Catalog # NB100-2918) followed by HRP-conjugated donkey anti-goat IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for ACSL5 at approximately 64 kDa (as indicated) in the parental HCT 116 cell line, but is not detectable in knockout HCT 116 cell line. Primary antibody dilution used: 1/1000. The Ponceau stained transfer of the blot is shown. This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
