Scientific Data Images for Human CCL17/TARC Antibody
Chemotaxis Induced by CCL17/TARC and Neutralization by Human CCL17/TARC Antibody.
Recombinant Human CCL17/TARC (Catalog # 364-DN) chemoattracts the BaF3 mouse pro-B cell line transfected with human CCR4 in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). The amount of cells that migrated through to the lower chemotaxis chamber was measured by Resazurin (Catalog # AR002). Chemotaxis elicited by Recombinant Human CCL17/ TARC (0.01 µg/mL) is neutral-ized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Goat Anti-Human CCL17/TARC Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF364). The ND50 is typically 0.3-1.5 µg/mL.CCL17/TARC in Human Spleen.
CCL17/TARC was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human spleen using Goat Anti-Human CCL17/TARC Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF364) at 10 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Goat HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS008) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm in lymphocytes. View our protocol for Chromogenic IHC Staining of Paraffin-embedded Tissue Sections.Detection of CCL17/TARC by Western Blot
Expression of CCL17 and the morphological transformation of renal tissues in UUO mice. (A) Kidney tissue of C57BL/6 mice with unilateral ureteral obstruction (UUO) for 7 and 14 days visualized by hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) stain, immunohistochemical stain (CCL-17, alpha -SMA, and vimentin), and Masson’s Trichrome staining; (B) qRTPCR and (C) western blot of mRNA and protein expressions of CCL17, collagen I, alpha -SMA, and vimentin in sham surgery and UUO mice. GAPDH was used to normalize mRNA loading. Results are expressed as the mean ± SD of at least three independent experiments. ** p < 0.01 compared with sham surgery group. Image collected and cropped by CiteAb from the following open publication (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34943853), licensed under a CC-BY license. Recombinant Human CCL17/TARC (Catalog # 364-DN) was serially diluted and captured by Mouse Anti-Human CCL17/TARC Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB364) coated on a Clear Polystyrene Microplate (Catalog # DY990). Goat Anti-Human CCL17/TARC Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF364) was biotinylated and incubated with the protein captured on the plate. Detection of the standard curve was achieved by incubating Streptavidin-HRP (Catalog # DY998)Applications for Human CCL17/TARC Antibody
