Scientific Data Images for Human MMP-2 Antibody (36006)
MMP‑2 in Human Ovarian Cancer Tissue.
MMP-2 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human ovarian cancer tissue using Mouse Anti-Human MMP-2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB902) at 10 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Mouse HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS002) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). MMP‑2 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human ovarian cancer tissue using Mouse Anti-Human MMP‑2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB902) at 15 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained (red) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). View our protocol for Chromogenic IHC Staining of Paraffin-embedded Tissue Sections.Detection of MMP‑2 in Human Stomach.
Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections of human stomach were probed for MMP2 mRNA (ACD RNAScope Probe, catalog #311751; Fast Red chromogen, ACD catalog # 322750). Adjacent tissue section was processed for immunohistochemistry using mouse anti-human MMP2 monoclonal antibody (R&D Systems catalog # MAB902) at 5ug/mL with overnight incubation at 4 degrees Celsius followed by incubation with anti-mouse IgG VisUCyte HRP Polymer Antibody (Catalog # VC001) and DAB chromogen (yellow-brown). Tissue was counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to fibroblasts.Detection of MMP-2 by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence
Treatment with IL‐17RA or IL‐17RC neutralizing antibodies reduces MMP‐2 and MMP‐9 expression and restores the fibrinolytic system in BLM‐induced lung fibrosis: (A) Representative blots and densiometric analysis of MMP‐2 and MMP‐9 21 days post‐BLM administration. beta ‐Actin was used as a loading control. The immunofluorescence images with respective graphs of (b) MMP‐2 at 21 days post‐BLM administration, (c) MMP‐9 at 21 days post‐BLM treatment, Scale bar‐25 μm. Data were analyzed using One‐way ANOVA and Sidak's multiple comparison test. Data are shown as mean ± SD. Full‐length blots with molecular weight markers are provided in the Figure S1. Differential regulation of MMP‐2 and uPA by IL‐17A receptors: (a) Representative western blot image of uPA and MMP‐2, (b) densiometric analysis of uPA and (c) densiometric analysis of MMP‐2 14 days post‐BLM administration, (d) Representative western blot image of MMP‐2, (b) densiometric analysis of MMP‐2 21 days post‐BLM administration. Data were analyzed using One‐way ANOVA and Sidak's multiple comparison test. Data are shown as mean ± SD. Full‐length blots with molecular weight markers are provided in the Figure S1.
