Recombinant Human IL-35 Protein

Recombinant Human IL-35 Binds IL-12 R beta 2. Recombinant Human IL-12 R beta 2 (Catalog # 1959-B2) was coated onto microplate wells at 5 µg/mL and increasing concentrations of Recombinant Human IL-35 (Catalog # 8608-IL) were added. The concentration of Recombinant Human IL-35 that produces 50% optimal binding response is approximately 20-120 ng/mL.
