CHO-expressed, HA-tagged Recombinant Human GITR Ligand (Catalog # 6987-GL; red) exhibits approximately 10-fold greater activity than our older Sf 21 His-tagged version (Catalog # 694-GL; blue). Activity was assessed by measuring IL-8 secretion by human GITR-transfected HT1080 human fibrosarcoma cells. The ED50 for this effect is typically 4–20 ng/mL. Secreted IL-8 was measured using the Human IL-8 DuoSet® ELISA Development Kit (Catalog # DY208). |
HEK293-expressed, HA-tagged Human CD40 Ligand (Catalog # 6420-CL) has 1000-fold greater activity than our older, untagged version (Catalog # 6245-CL). Activity was assessed by induction of human B cell proliferation in the presence of Recombinant Human IL-4 (Catalog # 204-IL) and a crosslinking, Anti-Hemagglutinin/HA Peptide Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB060). The ED50 for this effect is approximately 0.5 ng/mL. |
CHO-expressed Recombinant Mouse Fas-Ligand (Catalog # 6128-SA) exhibits approximately 1000-fold greater activity than our older NSO-expressed version (Catalog # 526-SA).
