1 ug of Acetyl-Lysine Antibody was sufficient to detect acetylated chicken erythrocyte histones (sodium butyrate-treated) using 20 ug total protein, on western blot by colorimetric immunoblot analysis using Goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary Antibody.
