FAQs for Acetylcholinesterase/ACHE Antibody - BSA Free
-
Q: We recently purchased your Acetylcholinesterase/ACHE Antibody (NBP1-31329) and Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Secondary Antibody [HRP] (NB7160) for western blot. What buffer do you recommend for diluting these particular antibodies and what is the recommended blocking buffer?
A:
Acetylcholinesterase/ACHE Antibody #NBP1-31329 is already in PBS and 20% glycerol. Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Secondary Antibody [HRP] #NB7160 is in PBS and 0.2% BSA. You can use PBS for diluting either one of them. We do not have a specific protocol for these antibodies. Our standard in house blocking buffer is TBST with 5% non-fat dry milk. You may refer to our general protocol for any more details or tips.
