Western Blot: Actin Antibody (JJ09-29) [NBP2-67907] - Analysis of Actin on different lysates with Rabbit anti-Actin antibody at 1/500 dilution.Lane 1: Hela cell lysate (10 ug/Lane)Lane 2: A431 cell lysate (10 ug/Lane)Lane 3: PC-12 cell lysate (10 ug/Lane)Lane 4: Mouse brain tissue lysate (20 ug/Lane)Lane 5: Rat kidney tissue lysate (20 ug/Lane)Predicted band size: 42 kDaObserved band size: 42 kDaExposure time: 30 seconds;10% SDS-PAGE gel.Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (ET1701-80) at 1/500 dilution was used in 5% NFDM/TBST at room temperature for 2 hours. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody (HA1001) at 1:300,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature.

Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Actin Antibody (JJ09-29) [NBP2-67907] - Staining Actin in AGS cells (green). The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue). Cells were fixed in paraformaldehyde, permeabilised with 0.25% Triton X100/PBS.

Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Actin Antibody (JJ09-29) [NBP2-67907] - Immunofluorescence analysis of paraffin-embedded human colon carcinoma tissue labeling Actin with Rabbit anti-Actin antibody washed with PBS, and then probed with the primary antibody (green) at 1/100 dilution overnight at 4, washed with PBS. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (iFluor(TM) 488) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue).
