Detection of Alemtuzumab (Anti-CD52) on human PBMC lymphocytes by flow cytometry. Human PBMC lymphocytes were stained with Anti-Human CD52 (Research Grade Alemtuzumab Biosimilar) Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB9889), then Anti-Alemtuzumab (Anti-Idiotype) (Catalog # MAB10246, filled histogram) or Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Antibody (Catalog # MAB1050, open histogram) followed by APC-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (Catalog # F0111). The anti-Alemtuzumab antibody is an anti-Idiotype antibody raised against and selected for the antigenic determinants of the variable region of Alemtuzumab. This highly specialized anti-idiotypic antibody can be used in a variety of pharmacokinetic (PK) assay formats.
