Product Specifications
Immunogen
Clone KT45 was generated from a recombinant protein containing amino acid residues from the C-terminal region of mouse APC. This sequence is highly conserved in human and rat APC, and has low homology to APC2. [UniProt# Q61315]
Specificity
This antibody detects a primarily full length APC at 300 kDa in human Hct116 cells, mouse brain, and in rat PC12 cells. In immunocytochemistry, the antibody detects in APC in clusters at the plasma membrane and at the ends of microtubules.
Clonality
Monoclonal
Host
Rat
Isotype
IgG2A
Theoretical MW
300 kDa.
Disclaimer note: The observed molecular weight of the protein may vary from the listed predicted molecular weight due to post translational modifications, post translation cleavages, relative charges, and other experimental factors.
