Western Blot: ARID1B Antibody [NB100-57484]
Western Blot: ARID1B Antibody [NB100-57484] - Detection of human ARID1B by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (15 ug) from HeLa and HEK293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ARID1B antibody NB100-57484 used for WB at 0.1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: ARID1B Antibody [NB100-57484]
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: ARID1B Antibody [NB100-57484] - Sample: FFPE section of human breast carcinoma. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ARID1B (NB100-57484). Detection: DABImmunoprecipitation: ARID1B Antibody [NB100-57484]
Immunoprecipitation: ARID1B Antibody [NB100-57484] - Detection of human ARID1B by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ARID1B antibody NB100-57484 (lot NB100-57484-3) used for IP at 3 ug per reaction. ARID1B was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (lot NB100-57484-2) and rabbit anti-ARID1B antibody NB100-57485. For blotting immunoprecipitated ARID1B, NB100-57484 was used at 0.4 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.Applications for ARID1B Antibody
