Q: Do you have any kinetic data on the antibody affinity (i.e. Kd, Kon, Koff)?
A: The determination of Kd, on-rates, and off-rates are only possible with pure protein preparations where concentration and amounts are known and controlled. This is possible when measuring monoclonal antibody affinity to its target protein. However, polyclonal populations, such as this product, are not uniform and contain a mixture. Unfortunately, measuring the Kd of such a mixture is not possible.
