Immunoprecipitation: CCR9 Antibody (4G2) [NBP3-26685] -
Immunoprecipitation: CCR9 Antibody (4G2) [NBP3-26685] - Immunoprecipitating CCR9 in HL-60 whole cell lysate.Lane 1: Rabbit control IgG instead of NBP3-26685 in HL-60 whole cell lysate. For western blotting, a HRP-conjugated Protein G antibody was used as the secondary antibody (1/2000).
Lane 2: NBP3-26685 (3ug) + HL-60 whole cell lysate (500ug).
Lane 3: HL-60 whole cell lysate (20ug).
Western Blot: CCR9 Antibody (4G2) [NBP3-26685] -
Western Blot: CCR9 Antibody (4G2) [NBP3-26685] - Positive Western Blot detected in: SH-SY5Y whole cell lysate, HepG2 whole cell lysate, Jurkat whole cell lysate, HL-60 whole cell lysate, Hela whole cell lysate, U87 whole cell lysate, Mouse brain tissue. All lanes: CCR9 Antibody at 1ug/ml.
Secondary: Goat polyclonal to rabbit IgG at 1/50000 dilution.
Predicted band size: 43, 41 KDa
Observed band size: 43 KDa
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: CCR9 Antibody (4G2) [NBP3-26685] -
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: CCR9 Antibody (4G2) [NBP3-26685] - Staining of HepG2 cells with CCR9 Antibody (4G2) at 1:33, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L).Applications for CCR9 Antibody (4G2) - BSA Free
