Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: CCT5 Antibody (639) [NBP2-43680]
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: CCT5 Antibody (639) [NBP2-43680] - CCT5 Antibody (639) detects CCT5 protein at centrosome and cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min. Green: CCT5 stained by CCT5 Antibody (639) diluted at 1:500. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining. Scale bar= 10 um.Western Blot: CCT5 Antibody (639) [NBP2-43680] -
Various whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with TCP1 epsilon antibody [GT639] (NBP2-43680) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouset IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data for the same cell lines are based on Human Protein Atlas program.Applications for CCT5 Antibody (639) - Azide and BSA Free
