Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: CD81 Antibody (M38) - BSA Free [NBP1-44861]
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: CD81 Antibody (M38) [NBP1-44861] - CD81 was detected in immersion fixed HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line but is not detected in CD81 knockout (KO) HeLa cell line using Mouse Anti-Human CD81 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # NBP1-44861) at 15 ug/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to the plasma membrane.Flow Cytometry: CD81 Antibody (M38) - BSA Free [NBP1-44861]
