Western Blot: CDX2 Antibody [NBP2-24583]
Western Blot: CDX2 Antibody [NBP2-24583] - Total protein from human HeLa, HepG2, CaCo2 and HCT116, mouse 3T3 and Neuro2A and rat PC12 cells lines was separated on a 12% gel by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and blocked in 5% non-fat milk in TBST. The membrane was probed with 2.0 ug/ml anti-CDX2 in block buffer and detected with an anti-rabbit HRP secondary antibody using West Pico PLUS chemiluminescence detection reagent.Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: CDX2 Antibody [NBP2-24583]
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: CDX2 Antibody [NBP2-24583] - Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human spleen probed with CDX2 / CDX3 antibody at 5 ug/ml.Western Blot: CDX2 Antibody [NBP2-24583]
Western Blot: CDX2 Antibody [NBP2-24583] - Analysis of CDX3/CDX2 in HCT-116 cell lysate in the 1) absence and 2) presence of immunizing peptide using this antibody. Goat anti-rabbit Ig HRP secondary antibody and PicoTect ECL substrate solution were used for this test.Applications for CDX2 Antibody - BSA Free
