ELISA: CEACAM-5/CD66e Antibody (5C8C4) [NBP2-54625] - Solid phase was coated with 3 ug/ml Anti-CEA (Dako) binding human CEACAM1-CEACAM8. After washing, blocking and coating human CEACAM1 antigen, detecting antibody Anti-CEACAM5/8 [5C8C4] (10 ug/ml) followed by HRP-coupled goat anti-mouse Ig was added.
