Flow Cytometry: Complement Component C1qA Antibody (JL-1) [NBP1-51139] - Intracellular flow cytometry for C1q in peritoneal macrophages. Anti-C1q was conjugated to PE using a Lightning Link kit for use in flow cytometry. Macrophages are gated on CD45+CD11b+ and T cells are gated on CD45+CD3+ lymphocytes. Dead cells were excluded, and Fc receptors were blocked to prevent non-specific interactions.
