Western Blot: COX-2 Antibody [NB110-1948]
Western Blot: COX-2 Antibody [NB110-1948] - COX-2 antibody is shown to detect COX-2 present in COX-2 transfected Sf9 cell extract (lane 1) and IL-1beta induced WISH cell extract (lane 2). Detection occurs using a 1:10,000 dilution of antibody followed by 1:10,000 dilution of HRP Goat-a-Rabbit with visualization via ECL. Film exposure approximately 1'. Other detection systems will yield similar results.COX-2 Antibody

FAQs for COX-2 Antibody
-
Q: Has it been tested in IHC-frozen? A customer is looking for an anti Cox-2 which is suitable for frozen sections with rat tissue.
A: This hasn't been tested in IHC-Fr however the chances of it working are high as it has been tested with IHC-P. The customer may like to test this as part of our Innovators Reward Program. The only COX2 antibody we have tested in IHC-Fr is NBP1-50486, but we have not tested this in rat. Your customer can also apply for Innovator's for this Ab to test in rat. The % homology is 86% and our lab recommends use if the homology is 85% or above.
