Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: DLL3 Antibody (1E1C7) [NBP3-57405]

Confocal imaging of TT cells and BxPC-3 (negative) cells using NBP3-57405 (dilution 1:200) followed by a further incubation with Cy3-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) (dilution 1:500) (Red). The cells were counterstained with alpha-Tubulin Mouse mAb (dilution 1:400) followed by incubation with conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) Ab (dilution 1:500) (Green). DAPI was used for nuclear staining (Blue). Objective: 100x.
DLL3 Antibody (1E1C7) Immunoprecipitation: DLL3 Antibody (1E1C7) [NBP3-57405]

Immunoprecipitation: DLL3 Antibody (1E1C7) [NBP3-57405]

Immunoprecipitation of DLL3 from 300 µg extracts of TT cells was performed using 0.15 ug NBP3-57405. Rabbit Control IgG was used to precipitate the Control IgG sample. IP samples were eluted with 1x Laemmli Buffer. The Input lane represents 10% of the total input. Western blot analysis of immunoprecipitates was conducted using NBP3-57405 at a dilution of 1:5000.
