WB: Approx. 26 kDa band observed in HEK293 and A431 lysates (calculated MW of 24.4 kDa band according to NP_004206.1and NP_004206.1). A minor band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 75 kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
IHC: Paraffin embedded Human Skeletal Muscle. Use in ICC/IF was reported in scientific literature (PMID: 31433987).
