FAQs for EFHD1 Antibody - BSA Free
-
Q: I have used your EFHD1 antibody (NBP1-71699) and can detect a band at approximately 150kDa. Have you detected this band as well?
A: EFHD1 protein is 239 amino acids in length with a molecular weight of 27kDa. That is the band that our antibody is recognizing. We have not observed the 150kDa band that you are referring to and cannot comment on its origin. You should observe a band at approximately 27kDa on your Western blot.
