Application: Simple WesternSample Tested: Adipose tissueSpecies: MouseVerified Customer | Posted 06/15/2018Subcutaneous adipose tissue (inguinal fat pad) in 5X SDS loading buffer, plated at 1mg/mL. The antibody was used at 1:10 concentration (GAPDH also used). The antibody works nicely, but just shows up as a dim band.
