Western Blot: FTO Antibody (FT86-4) [NBP2-80045] - Western blot analysis using anti-FTO (human), mAb (FT86-4) at 1:2'000 dilution.1: Human FTO (His-tagged) (100 ng).2: Mouse FTO (His-tagged) (100 ng).3: Rat FTO (His-tagged) (100 ng).4: HEK 293 cell lysate (100 ug).5: Human Calreticulin (His-tagged) (100 ng) (negative control).Immunoprecipitation: FTO Antibody (FT86-4) - Azide and BSA Free [NBP2-80045]
Immunoprecipitation: FTO Antibody (FT86-4) [NBP2-80045] - Immunoprecipitation of recombinant human FTO using anti-FTO (human), mAb (FT86-4). Recombinant human FTO proteins at different concentrations were precipitated by FT86-4. The precipitated proteins were separated by SDS-PAGE, electroblotted, and visualized by Western blot with rabbit anti-mouse FTO pAb.Applications for FTO Antibody (FT86-4) - Azide and BSA Free
