Application: Western BlotSample Tested: human glioblastomaSpecies: HumanVerified Customer | Posted 05/02/2017Using 15 ug of human glioblastoma stem cells lysates.SDS-PAGE in 10% polyacrylamide gel at constant 110 volts for 120 min. Blotting onto PVDF membrane at constant 300 mAmp 90 min at 4C. Primary antibody: GABPA dilution at 1:500 in 2.5% BSA/TBST, incubate at 4C overnight. Secondary antibody: anti-mouse IgG HRP conjugated dilution at 1:5000 in 2.5% BSA/TBST, incubate at RT for 1 hour.
