Western Blot: Galectin-3 Antibody (5C21) [NBP1-92690]
Western Blot: Galectin-3 Antibody (5C21) [NBP1-92690] - Analysis of different tissue and cell lysates using mouse mAb to galectin-3, NBP1-92690, dilution 1:2,000 in green: [1] protein standard (red), [2] mouse brain lysate, rat tissue lysates: [3] brain, [4] liver, [5] heart, [6] kidney, [7] lung, and [8] HEK293 cell lysate. The band at about 30kDa mark corresponds to the galectin-3 protein. The same blot was simultaneously probed with chicken pAb to HSP60, dilution 1:20,000, in red, which reveals HSP60 protein in all preparations.Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: Galectin-3 Antibody (5C21) [NBP1-92690]
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Galectin-3 Antibody (5C21) [NBP1-92690] - MDA-MB-231 cells stained for Gal-3 (red, arrows), shown with DAPI counterstained nuclei (blue). Negative control received non-specific antibody instead of primary antibody. Image from a verified customer review.Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: Galectin-3 Antibody (5C21) [NBP1-92690]
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Galectin-3 Antibody (5C21) [NBP1-92690] - Analysis of cortical neuron-glial cell culture from E20 rat stained with mouse mAb to galectin-3, NBP1-92690, dilution 1:1,000 in red, and costained with chicken pAb to MAP2, dilution 1:10,000 in green. The blue is Hoechst staining of nuclear DNA. The NBP1-92690 antibody produces strong staining of microglia (top panel), other glial cells (bottom panel) and lymphocytic cells (small round cells), while the MAP2 antibody labels dendrites and perikarya of mature neurons.Applications for Galectin-3 Antibody (5C21) - BSA Free
