Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: GSDMDC1 Antibody (3G1A6) - Cleaved, N-terminal [NBP3-33474] - Confocal imaging of THP-1 cells (treated with PMA and LPS) and THP-1 cells (untreated) cells using [KO Validated] GSDMDC1 Rabbit mAb followed by a further incubation with Cy3 Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) (Red). DAPI was used for nuclear staining (Blue). Objective: 100x.

Western Blot: GSDMDC1 Antibody (3G1A6) - Cleaved, N-terminal [NBP3-33474] - Western Blot analysis of lysates from THP-1 cells using [KO Validated] GSDMDC1 Rabbit mAb at 1:72000 dilution incubated overnight at 4C. THP-1 cells were treated by PMA/TPA (80 nM) at 37C for overnight and LPS (1 ug/ml) at 37C for 6 hours.
Secondary antibody: HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at 1:10000 dilution.
Lysates/proteins: 30 ug per lane.
Blocking buffer: 3 % nonfat dry milk in TBST.
Detection: ECL Basic Kit.
Exposure time: 45s.

Western Blot: GSDMDC1 Antibody (3G1A6) - Cleaved, N-terminal [NBP3-33474] - Western Blot analysis of lysates from wild type (WT) and Cleaved Gasdermin D knockout (KO) THP-1 cells using [KO Validated] GSDMDC1 Rabbit mAb at 1:72000 dilution incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. THP-1 cells and Gasdermin D knockout (KO) THP-1 cells were treated by PMA/TPA (80 nM) at 37C for overnight and LPS (1 ug/ml) at 37C for 6 hours.
Secondary antibody: HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at 1:10000 dilution.
Lysates/proteins: 30 ug per lane.
