Application Notes
The monoclonal antibody stains granzyme B expressing lymphocytes in sections of sublimate formaldehyde as well as formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissues. It does not react with other cell types. The antibody can not be used on frozen sections. The antibBefore use in immunocytochemistry the slides have to be pretreated with 0.1 M sodium citrate, for 10 min. at 100 degrees C (in microwave oven). A working dilution of 1:20 is advised but optimal dilution should be tested by serial dilution.
