EasyBlot anti-rabbit IgG (HRP) was used as a secondary reagent.

Chromatin Immunoprecipitation: hHpr1-p84-Thoc1 Antibody [NBP2-16822] -

Cross-linked ChIP was performed with HeLa chromatin extract and 5 ug of either control rabbit IgG or anti-Nuclear Matrix Protein p84 antibody. The precipitated DNA was detected by PCR with primer set targeting to calreticulin.

Western Blot: hHpr1-p84-Thoc1 Antibody [NBP2-16822] -

Various whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Nuclear Matrix Protein p84 antibody [C1C3] (NBP2-16822) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.

Nuclear Matrix Protein p84 antibody [C1C3] detects Nuclear Matrix Protein p84 protein at cytoplasm and nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: Nuclear Matrix Protein p84 protein stained by Nuclear Matrix Protein p84 antibody [C1C3] (NBP2-16822) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
