Western Blot: HMGN3/TRIP7 Antibody [NB100-59840]
Western Blot: HMGN3/TRIP7 Antibody [NB100-59840] - Detection of human HMGN3 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa (15 and 50 ug), HEK293T (50ug), and Jurkat (50ug) cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-HMGN3 antibody NB100-59840 used for WB at 0.1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.Immunohistochemistry: HMGN3/TRIP7 Antibody [NB100-59840]
Immunohistochemistry: HMGN3/TRIP7 Antibody [NB100-59840] - Detection of human HMGN3 by immunohistochemistry. Sample: FFPE section of human lung carcinoma. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-HMGN3 (NB100-59840). Detection: DABImmunoprecipitation: HMGN3/TRIP7 Antibody [NB100-59840]
Immunoprecipitation: HMGN3/TRIP7 Antibody [NB100-59840] - Detection of human HMGN3 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-HMGN3 antibody NB100-59840 (lot 2) used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. HMGN3 was also immunoprecipitated with a previous lot of this antibody (lot 1) and rabbit anti-HMGN3 antibody NB100-59839 (lots 1 and 2). For blotting immunoprecipitated HGMN3, NB100-59840 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.Applications for HMGN3/TRIP7 Antibody
