|Detection of CCR1 in Human PBMCs by Flow Cytometry. Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were stained with Mouse Anti-Human CD14 Fluorescein‑conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB3832F) and either (A) Mouse Anti-Human CCR1 Biotinylated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB145B) or (B) Mouse IgG2B Biotinylated Isotype Control (Catalog # IC0041B). CCR1 is a 7 transmembrane domain chemokine receptor expressed on T cells, B cells, monocytes, dendritic cells, and eosinophils. It binds the chemokines CCL3, 4, 5, and 7.
R&D Systems personnel manually curate a database that contains references using R&D Systems products. The data collected includes not only links to publications in PubMed, but also provides information about sample types, species, and experimental conditions.
