Detection of CD69 in Human Blood Lymphocytes by Flow Cytometry. Human peripheral blood lymphocytes either untreated (open histogram) or treated with PHA (filled histogram) were stained with Mouse Anti-Human CD69 Alexa Fluor® 647‑conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB23591R) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # IC003R, data not shown).
