Detection of IL-1 beta / IL-1F2 in Human blood monocytes by Flow Cytometry. Human peripheral blood monocytes, either (A) treated with 500 ng/mL LPS overnight, or (B) untreated, were stained with Human anti-Human IL-1 beta/IL-1F2 (Research Grade Canakinumab Biosimilar) Antibody (Catalog # MAB10349) followed by APC-conjugated anti-Human IgG secondary antibody (Catalog # F0135) and Mouse anti-Human CD14 PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB3832P).
