Human LAMP primers (18S rRNA)

Biological Activity

Human LAMP primers (18S rRNA) are commonly used as the positive control primers in protocols for SARS-CoV-2 detection by reverse transcription loop-mediated isothermal amplification (RT-LAMP). Contains a premixed formulation of B3, F3, FIP, BIP, LB and LF clinically validated primers targeting human 18S rRNA which is present in human nasopharyngeal swab samples. Supplied at 10x concentration in nuclease free water. Sufficient quantity for 200 x 25 μL RT-LAMP reactions.
