Scientific Data Images for EED Antibody
Detection of Human EED by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line and HT-29 human colon adenocarcinoma cell line, human colon cancer tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Human EED Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5827) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for EED at approximately 58 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 8.Applications for EED Antibody
