Data Examples
Detection of Human and Mouse RUNX1/CBFA2 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HL‑60 human acute promyelocytic leukemia cell line and DA3 mouse myeloma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Human/Mouse/Rat RUNX1/CBFA2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB2399) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for RUNX1/CBFA2 at approximately 55 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

    Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

Background: RUNX1/CBFA2
CBFA2, also known as Runt-related Transcription factor 1 (RUNX1), is a heterodimeric transcription factor that plays a role in normal hematopoiesis. Defects in CBFA2 are associated with several types of leukemia.
