Q: Could you please tell me whether the cat# NBP2-22540 can be used for IF.
A: Our product NBP2-22540 has been validated in Flow and IHC in paraffin-embedded tissues. We have not yet tested the antibody in ICC. It is likely that this product would work in ICC as it has been found to work in other similar applications. We can also perform custom conjugations if you are interested in a directly conjugated antibody.

A: Our ICAM1 antibody with catalogue number NBP2-22540 has not been validated for immunofluorescence with cells. It has however been tested for blocking/neutralising experiments, ELISA, flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded tissue samples from mouse. It has not been tested with samples from any other species than mouse.
