Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: Integrin alpha V/CD51 Antibody (P2W7) - BSA Free [NB100-2618]
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Integrin alpha V/CD51 Antibody (P2W7) [NB100-2618] - HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 minutes and permeabilized in 0.05% Triton X-100 in PBS for 5 minutes. The cells were incubated with Integrin alpha V/CD51 Antibody [P2W7] (NB100-2618) at 1 ug/ml overnight at 4C and detected with an anti-mouse Dylight 488 (Green) at a 1:1000 dilution for 60 minutes. Human alpha v is about 150-160kDa under non-reducing conditions. Under reducing conditions it is cleaved into 2 bands of about 125-130kDa +20-25kDa. This antibody is CyTOF ready.
