Western Blot: IRF3 [p Ser396] Antibody [NBP3-13379]
Western Blot: IRF3 [p Ser396] Antibody [NBP3-13379] - Untreated (-) and treated (+) THP-1 whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with IRF3 (phospho Ser396) antibody (NBP3-13379) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (NBP2-19301) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: IRF3 [p Ser396] Antibody [NBP3-13379]
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: IRF3 [p Ser396] Antibody [NBP3-13379] - Mouse spleen. IRF3 (phospho Ser396) stained by IRF3 (phospho Ser396) antibody (NBP3-13379) diluted at 1:500. Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min.Applications for IRF3 [p Ser396] Antibody
