Immunoprecipitation: KAP1 Antibody [NB500-159] - Detection of human KAP-1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-KAP-1 antibody NB500-159 (lot NB500-159-4) used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. KAP-1 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (lot NB500-159-3) and rabbit anti-KAP-1 antibody NB500-158. For blotting immunoprecipitated KAP-1, NB500-159 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.Applications for KAP1 Antibody - BSA Free
